Support Worker - Housing Floating Support

The Support Worker plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals accessing the Merthyr Tydfil Floating Support Service. Working with people who have housing-related support needs, mental health needs, hoarding behaviours, or other challenges affecting their ability to live independently, the post holder will provide practical and emotional support to promote wellbeing, tenancy sustainment, and independent living.
