Servicemaster Clean Swansea and South Wales Ltd is seeking a part-time cleaner for the Merthyr Tydfil area, working Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 10:30. This fixed-term contract offers an opportunity to join a team with training provided for those willing to learn.

You will perform general cleaning duties under the supervision of the Area Supervisor, ensuring the premises are left clean and orderly after each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning preferred but not required; full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Carry out basic cleaning duties in and around the allocated commercial area.
• Damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising hard surfaces.
• Set up and manage stock cupboards, including ordering stock.
• Maintain cleaning equipment to a high standard.
• Transport waste to designated areas and ensure building security after cleaning.

Job Purpose

To carry out the cleaning duties assigned to you by your Area Supervisor to a high standard and ensure the building is left in a clean and orderly condition

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the commercial building or area you are allocated
• 2. General commercial cleaning duties include damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing hard surfaces
• 3. Setting up the stock cupboard, including ordering stock
• 4. Maintaining cleaning equipment to a high standard
• 5. Transporting waste to the assigned areas
• 6. Perform additional duties as and when required by your Area Supervisor
• 7. Securing a building following the completion of the clean
