The Deputy Head of Resource Planning is a senior leadership role within the Planning Directorate, responsible for leading the Trust's operational and Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) resource planning and scheduling functions. The postholder will ensure that the Trust has the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time to meet patient demand, operational performance standards and regulatory requirements. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to the Scheduling Department, drives performance improvement, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of safe, effective and efficient patient care. The successful candidate will also deputise for the Head of Resource Planning as required.
