Job summary

Toolstation Ltd in Mansfield is seeking a Store Apprentice to learn on the shop floor, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, business operations, and safety procedures.

You'll earn while you learn, with coursework supported by your Store Manager and an apprenticeship coach; duties include engaging with customers, stocking shelves, assisting with deliveries, and helping keep the store clean and safe.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks – be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
