Job summary

Toolstation Ltd. is seeking locally based candidates for a Store Apprentice role in Billingshurst. You will earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, business operations, and safety procedures.

Engage with customers, support store operations, and learn through coursework with guidance from the Store Manager and an apprenticeship coach. No retail experience required, just enthusiasm and reliability.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks – be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
