Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd is seeking site operatives to cover Maldon and surrounding areas. Flexible hours from 32 to 48 per week, with weekend work and enhanced rates for bank holidays.

Hours: 08:45-17:15 (8 hours). Shifts: 4 to 6 days per week. Must drive with own transport to work on various sites. Do not apply if you lack transport.

Must have GCSE English and Maths and steel toe capped boots. Some heavy lifting and long standing required, with ability to stay calm and maintain good health.

Qualifications

• Assisting the public and keeping areas tidy.
• Some heavy lifting involved and standing for long periods.
• Waste industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to stay calm in difficult situations with good interpersonal skills.
• General good health and able to work on foot for lengthy periods.
• Qualified to minimum GCSE level in English and Maths.
• Must have steel toe capped boots.

Flexible hours from 32 to 48 per week, depending on requirements to cover holiday and sickness.

Sites open Monday to Sunday so must be prepared to work at weekend. Enhanced hourly rate for bank holidays.
