Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Wylesfield Care Home in Llandrindod Wells. You will provide person-centred care to residents and support daily living tasks, helping maintain a safe, dignified environment.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided, with development through NVQ qualifications and our Leadership Programme. Bank shifts include weekends with a competitive hourly rate of £13.67.

Job Responsibilities
