Keys Group in Liverpool (L13) is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to provide a warm, safe home for young people with complex needs. You will support daily living, encourage participation in activities, and act as a positive role model to help each child reach their potential.
No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training and progression opportunities are provided, including sleep-ins and a clear path within Keys Group.

Salary: £27.2k-28.6k + Additional £3,200-£6,500 per year from sleep in's
Hours: 39hrs a week working 08:00 - 22:00
Sleep In's: Minimum 1-2 sleeps a week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required
