Job summary

Keys Care is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker in Warrington to provide a safe, caring home environment and help young people lead happy, fulfilling lives.

No prior care experience is required as full training, coaching, and development are offered; the role includes 39 hours per week with 08:00–22:00 shifts and occasional sleep-ins.

Qualifications

  • Ability to relate well to young people and actively participate in activities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Over the age of 21.
  • Caring, flexible, and resilient with keen interest in the lives of young people.
  • Great communication skills, positivity, and energy.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins.

Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker


Location:Warrington WA2


Salary:£27.2k-28.6k + Additional £3,200-£6,500 per year from sleep in's


Hours: 39hrs a week working 08:00 - 22:00


Sleep In's: Minimum 1-2 sleeps a week


Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.


No Experience Needed

Experience within the care sector is not required as we offer full training, coaching, and development.


Keys provides sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff level up and advance their careers.


By learning new key skills and gaining a variety of excellent qualifications, you will open up numerous progression opportunities within the social care sector.
