Keys is hiring a Children's Residential Support Worker in Runcorn. You will help provide a safe, caring home for children and young people, act as a positive role model, and support their everyday living needs through engaging activities.
No prior care experience is required as full training is provided; we value resilience, energy, and genuine care. The role includes shifts and regular sleep-ins, with opportunities to develop qualifications and advance within Keys.

Salary:£27.2k-28.6k + Additional £3,200-£6,500 per year from sleep ins
Hours: 39hrs a week working 08:00 - 22:00
Sleep In's: Minimum 1-2 sleeps a week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required
