Job summary

Connect Appointments seeks a General Operative to join an established shopfitting manufacturer in Lesmahagow on a temporary to permanent basis. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime opportunities.

You will assist with assembly across various manufacturing projects and support general production duties in the workshop. Responsibilities include carrying out quality checks, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and adhering to health and safety procedures during the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or workshop environments is advantageous.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

As a General Operative, your duties will include:
