Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking General Operatives to join a busy, high-volume production site in the Lockerbie area. You will work on production lines, operate machinery with full training, handle materials and products, and help maintain quality and housekeeping across shifts.

Working days are Monday to Friday with early starts; induction is completed on-site. A driving licence is required due to location.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Reliable and able to perform physical tasks.
• Must drive due to location of the role.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + weekly bonus for hitting production targets!!

Shift Pattern

• 06:00 - 14:30
• 16:00 - 00:30

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be working as part of a friendly team to keep operations running smoothly, contributing to a high-volume manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on production lines to support output targets
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently (full training provided)
• Handling materials and products in a physically active role
• Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping
• Supporting the wider team to meet daily production goals
• Due to the location, you will need to drive for this role
