Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking Production Operators for a busy manufacturing site in Lesmahagow (ML11). You will work across bucket and block production lines, loading, palletising and despatch preparation while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with no weekend work and offers training, support and opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a manufacturing or production setting
• Ability to carry out heavy manual handling
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to follow processes and maintain high quality standards
• Good awareness of Health & Safety

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment across bucket and block production lines
• Load buckets onto production lines
• Carry out heavy manual handling
• Paletise finished goods
• Wrap pallets in preparation for despatch
• Follow production processes to maintain quality
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures
• Maintain housekeeping in the production area
