The Job People are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Logistics company in Lutterworth. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Ongoing duties include order picking using RF scanners and paper picking; heavy lifting and loading/unloading are required. Must be able to read and understand English. Shift patterns include rotation weeks and night shifts, 37.5 hours per week.

The Job People are looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Logistics company in Lutterworth

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Previous order picking experience is advantageous - using RF Scanners & paper picking.

Heavy lifitng involved for Warehouse Operative role - Physical role - must be able to lift and load bulky boxed items for the full shift.

Must be able to read and understand English.

Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:

• Rotation Shifts
• Week 1 06:00 -14:00, Week 2 14:00-22:00
• Monday - Friday
• Sunday to Thursday Nights 22.00 - 06.00
• Full time work only

Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:

• £12.96 per hour
• £13.21 per hour nights
• Overtime available - Overtime enhanced pay available.
• Opportunity to get upskilled on MHE and increase take home pay.

Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Lutterworth
