We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own home.

Duties include but are not limited to:

To follow the policies and procedures of Bkind Care LTD at all times.

Respect and follow government guidelines

To portray professionalism and represent the company in line with the Company’s high standards at all times.

The duties will include personal care such as assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and management of continence, rising and retiring.

Contribute to the ongoing support of our clients and their informal carers.

Contribute to the movement and handling of our clients to maximise their physical abilities and mobility.

Enable our clients to maintain their personal hygiene and appearance.

Enable our clients to achieve physical comfort.

Assisting in the preparation and making of meals, drinks, and snacks.

Enabling our clients to maintain a good level of health and nutrition.

To aid with personal care, including the use of aids such as catheters, incontinence and menstrual pads.

Enable our clients to access and use toileting facilities or assisting changing their incontinence pads where applicable.

To assist with other tasks of daily living that people who use our services

Qualifications:

- Experience in a home care setting is preferred

- Valid driver's license with own car for transportation purposes

- Proficiency in English language

- Basic IT skills for app usage and documentation purposes
