Job summary

A5O LTD is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support residents in care homes and home care settings. You will help with daily activities, implement care plans, provide companionship, and assist with medication under supervision.

You will maintain accurate records, communicate with families and healthcare teams, and ensure a clean, safe environment in accordance with health and safety protocols. A valid driving licence is required for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing compassionate patient care is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo medication administration training.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Supporting the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each client’s needs
