To ensure that all Kitchen areas are kept tidy and free from debris.
To offer first class service and to work as part of a team.
To ensure good communication is maintained and standards and rules are worked to.
To ensure cleaning schedule tasks are completed on relevant days and all paper work is filled in correctly.
To be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen
To be responsible for the deep cleaning of equipment
Staff Canteen and communal areas to be cleaned daily and any rubbish removed
