Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to support daily cooking, prep and cleaning tasks at our site in Tamworth. You will complete opening/closing checks, manage fridge and food temperatures, restock supplies and assist in serving on the pass.

You’ll lead by example when needed and communicate with front-of-house colleagues to maintain smooth operations. The role emphasizes adherence to health and safety, food hygiene and allergen regulations, plus

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food service is preferred.
• Ability to follow health and safety and food hygiene laws.
• Good communication with colleagues.

• Complete opening, during and closing checklists
• Complete relevant daily paperwork including fridge temperatures and food record temperatures
• Carry out replenishment tasks i.e. refilling fridges, re-stocking, prepping
• Cooking of food
• Back section cooking
• Working on the pass
• Leading a team
• Working orders from overheads
• Vent cleaning
• Record Wastage
• Communicating with front of house colleagues and other staff members
• Any additional instructions given by senior colleagues
