Successful candidates will have timber-frame experience, strong knowledge of residential construction, and a proven track record of delivering high-specification homes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification required.
• CSCS card held.
• First Aid certification.
• Recent references from a timber-frame/new-build housing project.

SITE MANAGER | LANCASTER | NEW-BUILD HOUSING

We're currently looking for an experienced

Site Manager to join a new-build housing project in the

Lancaster area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction, particularly someone with

timber-frame experience and a proven track record of delivering

high-specification homes to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Proven experience as a Site Manager within new-build housing

Strong knowledge of residential construction

Previous

timber-frame experience is highly desirable

Experience working on high-specification developments

Excellent attention to detail and quality

Strong communication and subcontractor management skills

A proactive approach to site management and problem solving

Commitment to maintaining high standards of health & safety
