Job summary

Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is recruiting a Weighbridge Operator for a busy recycling and waste management site in Blackpool. You will operate the weighbridge, record weights, and assist on-site with admin and visitor inductions.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role on a six-month contract with potential permanent employment, offering chance to develop specialist experience in the waste management sector and to support site health and safety standards.

• Maintaining accurate tonnage records and documentation.
• Answering telephone calls and handling general administration.
• Conducting visitor inductions and checking PPE requirements.
• Ensuring site health and safety procedures are followed.
• Providing excellent customer service to drivers and visitors.
