Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is recruiting a Weighbridge Operator for a busy recycling and waste management site in Blackpool. You will operate the weighbridge, record weights, and assist on-site with admin and visitor inductions.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role on a six-month contract with potential permanent employment, offering chance to develop specialist experience in the waste management sector and to support site health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and IT skills.

• Weighbridge experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge system and record vehicle weights.
• Monitor vehicles entering and leaving the site.
• Maintain accurate tonnage records and documentation.
• Answer telephone calls and handle general administration.
• Conduct visitor inductions and check PPE requirements.
• Support health and safety procedures and provide good customer service.
