Charlton-on-Otmoor Church of England Primary School in Kidlington is seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that builds on children's strengths and prior learning, while creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can flourish.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a class, meet the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions and Teachers’ Standards, ensure the highest teaching standards for pupils, and uphold safeguarding and data protection policies.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching that builds on children’s individual strengths, interests and prior learning, while creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which they can flourish. You will inspire curiosity, encourage independence and help children develop the confidence and skills they need as they begin their educational journey.
