Job summary

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at The Grove, situated in Ystradgynlais. The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do. This will include, but not limited to:
