Job summary

Shaw healthcare seeks a Bank Team Leader at Ashfield House in Raunds to lead shift teams, work across weekends and uphold high standards of care for older people in residential and dementia settings.

You will administer and record medications, monitor residents’ wellbeing, keep care plans up to date, report changes promptly, and communicate clearly with families and colleagues in a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent) in progress or completed.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate with empathy.

• Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
• Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager
