Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited Hyde is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Van Driver / Labourer on a temporary to permanent basis.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 07:45am–5:00pm and Friday 07:45am–10:45am. Pay starts at £13.50 per hour, rising to £14.00 after probation and permanent transfer, with duties including local deliveries (about 20%) and warehouse/production tasks such as loading, unloading and machine minding.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Previous warehouse, production, or shop floor experience is desirable.
• Solid and stable work history with reliability and punctuality.

Hyde is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a

Hours of Work

• Monday to Thursday:

07:45am - 5:00pm

• Friday:

07:45am - 10:45am

Pay Rate

£13.50 per hour

• Increases to

£14.00 per hour upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent transfer.

The Role

This is a hands-on position combining

20% of the role involves local deliveries, with the majority of the work carried out within the warehouse and production environment.

Daily duties include:

• Manual loading and unloading


• Machine operating and machine minding


• Using hand tools


• Supporting warehouse and production operations as required

This is a physically demanding role where you will be on your feet throughout the shift.
