The Best Connection in Hyde is recruiting for a Van Driver / Labourer on a temp-to-perm basis. The role combines local van deliveries with shop floor labour in a busy warehouse and production environment.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 07:45–17:00 and Friday 07:45–10:45, with pay at £13.50 per hour rising to £14.00 after probation and permanent transfer. This is a hands-on role with physical duties and a team-focused, long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in warehouse, production or shop floor settings.
• Strong and stable recent work history.

Responsibilities

• Local van deliveries and warehouse duties.
• Manual loading and unloading of goods.
• Machine operating and minding as required.
• Shrink wrapping products and general housekeeping.
• Using hand tools and supporting production operations.
