Pivot Academy Kirklees is seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to support learners with social, emotional and academic needs in a specialist provision. You will work as part of a team to deliver targeted interventions, coach learners, and build positive relationships with families and external professionals.

Salary: £23,348.66 to £26,821.46 a year, pro rata

At Pivot we believe learners deserve better. We are a specialist independent provision with sites in Kirklees, Wakefield, Bradford and Leeds. In our academies we teach and support learners from Key Stages 1 – 5 who have been excluded from school or those with an EHCP who require a specialist placement. Every day our teams do incredible work, making a huge difference to the lives of complex and challenging learners.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our Kirklees provision.
Pivot Academy Kirklees provides education and therapeutic support for learners who have social & emotional mental health, sensory or executive function challenges who may be supported by an EHCP. We work with families to provide bespoke provision based on the individual needs of each learner, giving them opportunities to gain a variety of qualifications, following personalised pathways through to further education or employment.
