Resolution Recruitment LTD is seeking experienced and passionate Senior Residential Support Workers to join Ofsted-regulated children's homes across Hinckley, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Burton upon Trent, Derby and Northampton. You will lead shifts, mentor staff and work to ensure safety and positive outcomes for children.

Applicants must hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and have at least two years' experience in an Ofsted-regulated setting with leadership

We are seeking experienced and passionate Senior Residential Support Workers to join Ofsted-regulated children's residential homes across Hinckley, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Burton upon Trent, Derby and Northampton.

The successful candidates will support children and young people with complex needs, promote their safety and wellbeing, and help them achieve positive outcomes. Responsibilities include leading shifts, mentoring Residential Support Workers, implementing care plans, maintaining accurate records and ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification and have at least two years' experience working in an Ofsted-regulated children's residential home. Previous leadership or senior-level responsibilities are essential.

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, plus approximately £6,000 in additional sleep-in payments, subject to working arrangements.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering training, professional development and career progression.
