Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a passionate chef for Hazlemere Lodge in Buckinghamshire. You will craft meals that meet dietary needs and deliver comfort and care through high-quality food, contributing to a warm home atmosphere for residents.

You’ll manage menus, kitchen operations and hygiene standards, while enjoying flexible shifts with on-site work at Hazlemere Lodge. Training up to QCF level 5 is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months right to work.
• Experience in a professional kitchen.
• Understanding of kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals meeting individual dietary needs.
• Create daily menus and themed dining experiences.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality and presentation.
• Support smooth operation of the kitchen.

What’s on the menu for you:

• £16.56 per hour
• Refer a friend scheme earn up to £1000
• No evening shifts and every other weekend off

What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
• Experience in a professional kitchen and an

understanding of kitchen operations

• Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience

• Available to work day shifts and alternate weekends

About the role:

Whether it’s crafting delicious meals that meet

individual dietary needs, creating themed dining experiences that bring the home to life, or simply serving a favourite dish that reminds someone of home, you’ll be making a real difference every day.

Using your culinary skills and food knowledge, you’ll help create daily menus,

support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.
