Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a dedicated chef for a residential care home in Fareham, Hampshire. You will craft meals, manage dietary needs, and contribute to themed dining experiences that bring the home to life.

Day shifts with alternate weekends, no evenings, and a focus on high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Training up to QCF level 5 is provided, with pension and discounts offered as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work
• Experience in a professional kitchen and understanding of kitchen operations
• Knowledge of IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements (desirable)
• Available to work day shifts and alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Crafting delicious meals that meet individual dietary needs, creating themed dining experiences that bring the home to life, or simply serving a favourite dish that reminds someone of home.
• Using your culinary skills and food knowledge to help create daily menus.
• Support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.

What is required from you:
