Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated Job Coach in High Wycombe to support individuals with disabilities and barriers to employment. The role requires on-site work five days a week, providing tailored coaching and mentoring to help participants develop essential employability skills.

You will collaborate with employers and educational staff to identify suitable opportunities, conduct regular progress assessments, and deliver workshops to build core workplace competencies.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Willingness to undertake L3 Supported Employment qualification.
• Experience supporting individuals with barriers to employment.
• Experience in developing training programs or workshops is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the local job market and employer engagement strategies.
• Experience working with individuals with special needs.

Salary Range

£26,900 - £32,900 per annum

About the Role / Job Summary

This role is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and barriers to employment. As a Job Coach in High Wycombe, you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring participants, helping them to develop essential skills for successful employment. This position focuses on facilitating meaningful opportunities that promote independence and enhance employability skills.

The role is based on-site 5 days per week.
