Waythrough in Harrogate is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator to support individuals in managing recovery and treatment plans. You will build personalised plans, assess needs, and coordinate services across partners to promote safer, healthier lives.
The role involves engaging clients at different stages of treatment, monitoring progress, and facilitating access to aftercare. You will work within the North Yorkshire Horizons service to reduce substance-related harm and support community wellbeing.
Location: Community based across the Harrogate district, office is at Bridge House, 1-2 Station Bridge, Harrogate
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Providing a safe environment in which people can develop the life skills, and confidence to achieve and maintain recovery and abstinence from their substance misuse, successfully re-integrate into society, and become active, contributing citizens.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our North Yorkshire Horizons service in Harrogate, as a Recovery Coordinator. The service offers individualised support packages for people who are experiencing problematic drug and alcohol use.
