You’ll maintain fundraising data, ensure accuracy, and escalate where needed. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid office setting.
Our supporters make our work possible. As a Supporter Care Officer, you’ll be one of their first points of contact with Dementia UK, providing a warm, helpful and professional service by phone, email and post.

This is a hybrid role and you’ll be required to work from our office for a minimum of two fixed days each week. Some responsibilities can only be carried out in the office, so you’ll need to be able to meet this requirement.
