Pachamama Group in London is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team, oversee day-to-day operations and uphold exceptional service standards. You will manage bar and wine operations, including ordering, stock control and MarketMan administration, and serve as the operational link between the bar team, the Restaurant Manager and the Bars & Beverages team.
