Job summary

Bottarga in London is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team and ensure exceptional standards across all bar and wine-related tasks. This role focuses on development and growth within our hospitality concept.

You will coordinate ordering, stock counts and MarketMan administration, acting as the key operational link between the bar team, the Restaurant Manager and the Bars & Beverages group.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar operations and supervision.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes.
• Familiarity with MarketMan or similar systems.

As Bar Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation, organisation and performance of the bar within your venue.

The role focuses on leading the bar team, maintaining exceptional standards at all times, and managing all bar and wine-related operations, including ordering, stock control, stock counts and MarketMan administration.

You act as the key operational link between the bar team, the Restaurant Manager and the Bars & Beverages team.

This is a development-focused position, designed to support your growth as the business evolves.
