Job summary

Falconwood Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a Workplace Lead in Central London (Oxford Circus) to manage a team of porters and ensure seamless facilities support. The role is a locum for 12 weeks with a view to permanent employment, requiring flexibility across several shift times.

Hours include 12pm–9pm, 2pm–11pm, and 3pm–midnight, with access to the Oxford Circus area. Prior facilities management and staff supervision experience are essential for success in this client-facing position.

The ideal candidate would need easy access to the Oxford Circus/Goodge Street area.

Working hours: 12pm - 9pm / 2pm - 11pm / 3pm - midnight (successful candidate must be able to fulfil all shift times)

The position will be working as a locum for 12 weeks before joining our client on a permanent basis.
