Transport customers to and from the Airport terminals and the Rental Site in a safe and timely manner.
Provide a high-quality service to all customers.
Assist customers with luggage.
Provide information to customers on request and answer queries / complaints or pass them on to the appropriate Department, if a resolution cannot be found.
Carry out a daily walk-round check of courtesy bus/coach prior to the start of each shift and appropriately reporting any defects found.
Ensure that the shuttle bus is fueled and internally presentable at all times.
Ensure the destination board is correctly displayed at all times.
Drive customers in a safe controlled manner and adhere to the Company Driving Standards Policy at all times.
Observe all traffic and safety laws including advising customers to wear seatbelts, where fitted.
Ensure adherence to passenger seating limits.
Check that passengers disembark at the correct destinations.
Record and report any accidents / incidents to your line manager.
Support the management team in the efficient and cost-effective operation of the location.
Report on any relevant commercial activity that may assist with business development.
Key skills and attributes required:
Full driving licence with Category D entitlement
Must possess a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
Reliable, flexible, positive and professional.
Good team player.
Ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
A keen and enthusiastic nature.
