Carers First is seeking a Part-time Team Lead in Merton to steward an innovative carers' support service. The role combines hands-on team leadership with strategic stakeholder engagement to improve outcomes for carers.

The position is based in SW19 1JB with hybrid pattern: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site, and is a permanent contract. Salary starts from £23,393.51 per year, reflecting part-time hours and local conditions.

• Proactively support the Service Manager in leading on the delivery of an innovative service for carers across Merton.
• Motivate and inspire a team, empowering them to thrive, through providing visible day to day leadership and management, and creating a positive environment.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and developing new partnership opportunities to create better outcome for Carers.
