Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Member for our hotel in Gloucester. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week across 5 evenings, with potential extra hours as needed.

The pay rate is £12.71 per hour. You will welcome guests, take orders, prepare and serve food and drinks, set up dining areas and work closely with kitchen, reception and bar teams to ensure a seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately.
• Cook, prepare and serve food and drinks with care.
• Set up, clean and reset tables and service areas.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including basic barista duties.
• Maintain hygiene and health and safety standards.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Cook, prepare and serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen, reception and bar team to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

Assistance with group dinners.
