Job summary

Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a team of PAs to support an individual in their home in Glossop on a 2:1 basis. PAs should be reliable, patient and provide respectful, caring personal care while meeting daily needs.

Responsibilities include dressing and washing assistance, bedding changes, moving and handling support, light lunch prep, and promoting safety, independence and wellbeing at all times within a clean and comfortable home environment.

Small Team of Female PAs Required to Support an Individual within Her Home in Glossop KB-DCC-001

We are looking for a team of PAs who can work on a 2:1 basis who can support an individual within their home in Glossop.

We are looking for PA who is reliable and patient. The PA needs to be able to provide care in a respectful and caring approach while supporting the individuals’ daily needs.

This role will involve providing a range of different support within the home, while ensuring that a clean and comfortable environment is provided.

The variety of tasks include:

• Providing Personal Care including assistance with dressing and washing
• Occasionally changing bedding and towels
• Support with moving and handling
• Assisting with a light lunch (usually pre-made) including preparation support if needed.
