PROPERTY SUPPORT SERVICES UK LIMITED is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our Glasgow team. The role involves delivering on-site cleaning to defined standards within Health and Safety guidelines at Global Media on Regent Street.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and able to work 22.5 hours per week, with overtime and weekend availability if required. Training is provided, and a clean uniform is supplied to maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Willing to work overtime to cover staff sickness and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Polite and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn new tasks.
• Flexible and reliable; willing to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
• Uniform provided and good self-presentation expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are kept tidy and stocked.
• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to colleagues.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

- Monday- Saturday 12-3:30pm

- 22.5 Hours in total per week

- £17.41 per hour

Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.

• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
