Concept Resources is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join a professional office environment in Glasgow City Centre. This holiday-cover role offers consistent weekday hours and an immediate start, with a total of 28 hours per week.

You will perform general office cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising work areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness while following health and safety procedures. Disclosure Scotland check will be required.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join a professional office environment in Glasgow City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and is looking for consistent weekday hours.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm


• Friday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm


• Additional: 1 hour per day (Monday to Thursday) at a nearby site

Total: 24 hours plus 4 hours for additional site = 28 hours in total

Key Responsibilities

• General office cleaning


• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors


• Dusting and sanitising work areas


• Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities


• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables


• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly


• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness


• Following all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred)


• Be able to complete a Disclosure Scotland check


• Provide proof of your Right to Work in the UK


• Provide a 5-year employment history


• Provide a 3-year address history


• Provide proof of your current address


• Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
