Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Glasgow is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and administration of the workplace for the WSP account. The role focuses on delivering efficient back-office support, facilities coordination, and workplace services that contribute to a positive experience for employees and visitors.

Location: Glasgow, G1 3BX, with travel between Glasgow and Edinburgh (3 days based in Glasgow and 2 days in Edinburgh).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Facilities Manager, Assistant Facilities Manager, and wider workplace teams
• Liaise with and support the client's Business Admin team
• Coordinate and set up meeting and conference rooms for business meetings and events
• Maintain workplace records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Support services including cleaning, catering, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and update workplace management systems with accurate data and generate reports on workplace metrics
• Act as the primary point of contact for workplace queries from employees and contractors
• Maintain health and safety records, support ESG initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant policies
