Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Caretaker to join our team at Highfield St Josephs, Whinfield Way, Rowlands Gill NE39 2JE on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The role offers a salary of £26,837 per annum plus a benefits package. The shift pattern is 06:30-10:00 and 14:30-18:30. You will be responsible for day-to-day caretaking, maintenance tasks, and ensuring a safe environment, with DBS clearance required.

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in Highfield ST Josephs, Whinfield Way, Rowlands Gill, NE39 2JE on a permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,837.00 per annum and a benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Split Shift 0630-1000/1430-1830

What will you deliver? Responsible for the day to day management of the School premises with respect to Caretaking services, establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard, through proactive monitoring of site.

For this role you must undergo a DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
