Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader for a permanent full-time role at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. The position oversees the daily supervision of housekeepers and patient services assistants, ensuring duty rosters are covered and work is completed to performance standards.
The role requires oversight of cleaning and patient catering services at ward level, plus proactive liaison with ward managers and service teams for reactive maintenance and defect reporting.

Equans is looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO6 3LY on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,082.00 per annum and benefits package.
