Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in University of West London, St Mary's Rd, London W5 5RF on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £31,443.00 per annum and benefits package.Shift Pattern:Working Monday-Friday, alternating shift patternWeek 1 -7am-4pm,Week 2 -1pm-10pm,Essential Criteria:Full UK Valid Driving LicenseWhat will you deliver?To perform all the duties specific to the role as per below including Ad-hoc requests from the client both internal and external when required.Example of typical Duties :In this role, you will set up classrooms and exam rooms across all university sites according to user needs. You will help prepare for large events like Open Days, enrolment, and Graduation ceremonies by arranging furniture and equipment. You will also get student areas ready for practical activities and take care of the campus grounds by cleaning, jet washing, and cutting grass. Daily checks of classrooms to make sure everything is safe and working properly will be part of your duties. You will join site inspections before events, assist with moving internal departments, and collect mail from the depot to keep the university running smoothly.
