Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Gateshead to help customers live independently and feel valued. The role involves practical support, dignity, and respect, with a focus on empowering individuals and addressing diverse needs.

You will work full-time in a supportive team, covering across services as needed, with base at Watergate Court, Gateshead. Training and ongoing development are provided to enhance your care skills.

The practical bits

• You'll work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional weekend working required.
• This role involves providing cover across services to support staffing requirements during periods of annual leave and sickness absence.
• The successful candidate will provide cover across a number of supported services in Gateshead as needed, with primary base being Watergate Court, Gateshead
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
