• Experience in catering and managing a team.
• Certificate in Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 3 and IOSH.
• Desirable: Food Safety Level 4 Diploma and NEBOSH.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the catering team using effective management and motivational techniques.
• Drive KPI scorecard activities for the hospital to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Operations to support service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety standards and IOSH guidelines.
