Job summary

Nothing But Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join the Derby-based client in the occupational health and wellbeing sector. You will deliver evidence-based case management, fitness for work assessments, and health surveillance to employees across various industries.

This full-time, hybrid role combines three days onsite at the Derby site with two days remote. You will maintain NMC registration, manage records, and liaise with stakeholders while enjoying benefits

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health.
• Excellent time management and meticulous written skills.
• Strong communication abilities with a range of stakeholders.
• Confidence in IT and a solid understanding of data protection and confidentiality in occupational health.
• Experience in delivering case management and providing occupational health advice.

Responsibilities

Package

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working model based at the client's site in Derby. The successful candidate will work onsite three days a week and remotely for the remaining two days. A competitive salary is offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
