Job summary

Optima Health in Chester is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor for a hybrid role. You will deliver full OH services including case management, health surveillance and NSQ's, with occasional on-site work at a nuclear client and remote days otherwise.

The role offers a salary up to £46,000 per annum plus benefits, 37.5 hours per week, and a supportive training culture. A full UK driving license and current NMC registration are required, with OH qualifications desirable.

  • Current NMC Registration with no restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Work five days a month onsite with a nuclear client performing full OH remit (case management, health surveillance, NSQ's, first day absence)
  • Cover additional clients within an hour's commute when there is face-to-face demand
  • Remaining days may be remote working

Role Summary

You will be required to work 5 days a month onsite with a nuclear weapons client completing a full occupational health remit such as, case management, health surveillance, NSQ's, and first day absence. There will also be a requirement to cover additional clients within an hour commute from your home location where there is a face to face demand. Any other working days will be remote working. On case management days, you will conduct 8 X 45 minute cases per day (360 clinical minutes)
